01 - The Heartbeat - The village Forge
Free space, three days a week. For youth 12-19, no gate keeping. Real challenges, real growth, real community.
02 - The Engine - organizations of play
Businesses, organizations, and institutions that build. Real collaboration that helps fund the village and grow with it.
03 - The Proof - Youth Travel org
Youth teams at events like EVO, Dreamhack and beyond. The village on the road working with cities to show what’s possible.

Technology is a tool. Revenue is a tool. People are the purpose. If something grows the system but harms people → we don't do it.

The Village is not a brand. It's not a program. It's a collective. No extraction. This is co-creation, not consumption.
PLAY IS THE FOUNDATION.
Play is not a reward. It's not a break. It's how we learn, connect, and build. We never move play out to look "more serious" or "more fundable."

GENEROSITY AS A SYSTEM.
Generosity isn't occasional — it's built into the model. If the model only works for TTV, not the Village → it's broken.
WE ARE AN ECOSYSTEM, NOT A PROGRAM.
TTV is a connector of ecosystems — not a destination, not a silo. We don't become siloed, rigid, or dependent on one pipeline.

Games will change. Tech will change. Trends will change. People and play are constant. We adapt. Our purpose doesn't.

The Clubhouse Network has spent decades proving what’s possible when young people are given space, support, and community to explore who they can become. Rooted in creativity, mentorship, and belonging, their global network empowers youth to shape their futures through hands-on learning and meaningful relationships.
Their commitment to centering young people, uplifting local communities, and expanding access to opportunity reflects the heart of our village. As we build the People-Centered Innovation Ecosystem (PCIE), we aim to collaborate with organizations across The Clubhouse Network and explore ways TCN can help shape the foundation of this emerging ecosystem.
