Community Pledge
We are creating The Tech Village through moments of curiosity, collaboration, and play, inviting us to envision a different kind of future. Our Village thrives on the people who join with intention, bringing their stories and perspectives, and believing that we can shape something meaningful by building side by side.
A pledge is not just a transaction; it is a commitment to the Village and to one another. It signifies that you are participating in the shared effort of forming a community where people come first, every voice adds depth, and our collective imagination guides the way forward.
Your pledge also supports the core of our impact: the TTV Community Fund.
Most of every pledge goes directly into this fund, which powers our community initiatives—programming for youth, shared spaces for play and learning, gatherings, support systems, and the opportunities that connect our Village. You are not building this alone; TTV contributes to the Community Fund through its own diversified revenue streams, ensuring that the Village grows through shared investment rather than individual burden.
When you pledge, you are officially recognized as a Villager of The Tech Village—one of the people who are choosing to build, support, and shape this living ecosystem. And with each new Villager, we move one step closer to our shared challenge:
To reach 1,000,000 Villagers of Play across the world.
A million people connected not by geography, but by purpose.
A million voices contributing to a resilient, people-centered village capable of meeting an increasingly complex world with hope, imagination, and community.
Your commitment helps shape a future where youth, families, creators, educators, and partners can find belonging, purpose, and possibility. By pledging, you are choosing to be woven into this story—choosing to help build something human, resilient, and deeply meaningful.
This is your invitation to step into the Village.
To be counted among the Villagers of Play.
To help shape the future we are creating—together, one Villager at a time.

Our First Community Fund Initiative: A quest to build a youth esports travel organization
The Mission
We’re activating Clubhouse sites across the country to build a youth-led esports travel organization that develops more than competitors—it develops people.
What We’re Building
Our team isn’t just a team of players. Youth step into real organizational roles, including:
Competitive play
Business & operations
Marketing & social
Event & player management
Content creation & media
Leadership and support roles
Together, they form a full, working esports organization.
Why It Matters
This initiative shows how we build the model around youth first—supporting their core development through play, leadership, responsibility, and collaboration—while laying the foundation for a broader ecosystem built around people, not games.
TTV isn’t built on games.
It’s built on people — and the countless ways we all play.
By activating Clubhouse sites through gaming & esports, we are not creating a game-dependent system—we are building shared infrastructure that activates the Village around youth. Mentors, families, educators, industry partners, and community organizations all engage as stakeholders in a people-centered development ecosystem, connected through play rather than locked into a single title, league, or trend.
Industries shift. Publishers change direction. Trends come and go.
But people continue to gather to create, compete, imagine, and express themselves.
Because TTV is not built on content.
It is built on connection.
A community-led ecosystem allows for youth and stakeholders to approach the gaming ecosystem from another angle. This initiative opens the whole picture—showing pathways to college programs, careers, and leadership through tournaments, travel, and matches against youth and other competitive esports teams.
Your Impact
Your pledges build up the TTV Community Fund, and help activate sites, cover travel and competition costs, provide equipment and training, and connect youth across communities. You’re not funding a team—you’re helping build a system where every young person has a place to belong and grow.
Just the Beginning
This first initiative sets the foundation for a connected network of Villages of Play—where youth learn, lead, and build together through play.
Meet our Youth TTV Org Team
This team is built by young people stepping into real roles, learning together, and representing their communities with pride.
Every role matters. Every teen belongs.
Together, they’re learning how to collaborate, lead, and grow—on stage, behind the scenes, and across the entire ecosystem of play.

AshAsh brings creativity, consistency, and a strong eye for storytelling to the Youth TTV Org Team as our Marketing & Social Media Coordinator.
Beyond the team, Ash is already building her own brand through her nail business, Ladybug Nails, where she designs, creates, and shares her work with a growing community. That same creativity and entrepreneurial mindset now helps shape how our team shows up—highlighting moments, capturing stories, and connecting the Village through content.
In her role, Ash works alongside players, creators, and leadership to share the journey of the team, showcase youth voices, and help build a welcoming and authentic online presence.
Ash represents what this Village is about:
young people bringing who they already are, growing their skills through play, and contributing meaningfully to something bigger than themselves.
